- 5 pieces pita bread cut into 8 triangles each
- 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Stir together the olive oil and spices in a small bowl.
Cut each piece of pita bread into 8 triangles. Place the sliced pita bread onto a nonstick baking sheet and brush the tops with the oil/ spice mixture.
Bake the pita bread for 12 minutes, or until the tops begin to brown.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
These can safely be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to a week. However, they start to lose their crunch after about 3 days.
