- 25 Wonton wrappers cut into triangle or strips
- Canola oil
- Kosher Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Arrange the cut wonton wrappers on the baking sheets and lightly brush with canola oil on both sides, then sprinkle top side with a pinch of kosher salt.
Bake for 5 minutes then rotate the trays on the oven racks and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden.
Transfer chips to another tray and reload with more wonton wrappers as necessary.
Can be served with sweet and sour dip, crab rangoon dip or enjoyed on their own.
Once made, you can serve the chips straight away, or let them cool to room temperature before storing them in an airtight container. They should last for up to a week on the counter!
PRO TIP: If you have a bag of silica left from your last bag of jerky or newest pair of shoes, drop it in the bottom of the container with your wonton chips. It’ll help keep them nice and crispy for longer!
