Baked Pita Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 5 pieces pita bread cut into 8 triangles each
  • 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Stir together the olive oil and spices in a small bowl.
  • Cut each piece of pita bread into 8 triangles. Place the sliced pita bread onto a nonstick baking sheet and brush the tops with the oil/ spice mixture.
  • Bake the pita bread for 12 minutes, or until the tops begin to brown.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These can safely be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to a week. However, they start to lose their crunch after about 3 days.
