Blue Cheese Dip

Blue Cheese Dip is a creamy dip with the sharp, salty flavor of blue cheese. Pair with your favorite chicken wings, veggie sticks or chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives plus some for garnish
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Kettle style potato chips or veggies for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Combine dip ingredients in a medium sized bowl, crumbling any larger pieces of blue cheese.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and top with minced chives and fresh cracked black pepper.
  • Serve with kettle style potato chips, crackers or veggie sticks.
